Nestled in a sheltered valley, in front of the Historic Aramoana Homestead (Circa 1894), and at the gateway to the 'Te Angi Angi' Marine reserve lies the Shoal Bay subdivision. On your back door are some of Hawkes Bay's earliest sheep and beef stations namely; Aramoana, Blackhead and Ouepoto. At your front door is the Te Angi Angi Marine reserve, created in 1998 to protect and enhance this unique marine environment for future generations to enjoy. The reserve stretches between Shoal Bay and Blackhead beach to the south.
On offer is one of few sections which allow for the construction of a two storey building. This bare land section covers 737sqm and backs on to the domain. Vehicle access onto the beach is within 200m of the driveway and the communal astro-turf tennis court is about the same distance in the opposite direction. All services including septic system are provided to the site boundary.
Great fishing, diving, swimming and surf is on offer here for the action-orientated, or simply take a stroll along the wide, curving expanse of golden sand, explore the rock pools at low tide or soak up the sun and views from your deck chair - this is beach culture at its best.
