Kris joined Bayleys in 2012 and brings with him over 25 years experience in agriculture and agri-business. Coming from a farming background in the Bay, his experience includes managing and growing his own farming operation and four years in management and operations for a large scale farming company.
Over this time Kris has built up a network of contacts and relationships with professionals associated with the rural industry, exposure to farm investors and experience in showcasing opportunities, while gaining experience in successfully communicating with people at all levels of the industry.
The desire to be part of marketing and facilitating transactions for lifestyle and country property has led Kris to join the Bayleys team and utilise the strength of the Bayleys brand and its reach to market properties to their fullest potential.
Utilising his strengths of relating well to people and understanding the need for effective and consistent communication Kris intends to minimise the stress for clients in marketing their property and facilitating agreement between parties.
Over the past 9 years in real estate Kris has been involved with selling, rural sections and developments, orchards, lifestyle blocks and farms, ranging in value from $250,000 to $13,000,000.
