Brittany Larsen is a registered valuer at Bayleys Valuations Limited, based at Bayleys House in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland Central. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Property from Massey University.

Brittany began her professional career as a graduate valuer with Preston Rowe Paterson in Tauranga, where she subsequently gained her registration. During her time in Tauranga, she developed broad experience across standalone residential, lifestyle, public works acquisition, and both small- and large-scale residential development projects throughout the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

Following her relocation to Auckland in early 2025, Brittany joined the valuation team at Bayleys, where she continues to specialise in standalone residential, residential development, and lifestyle sector.
