Terms and conditions:
- Eligibility is limited to vendor(s) that list in Bayleys’ Total Property Issue 1 or Issue 2 in 2024, with a minimum of $5,000+GST fully vendor-funded marketing investment campaign.
- Eligible vendors will enter the draw to win one of 5 x prize packs: 1 x 10,000, 2 x 5,000 and 2 x 2,500 Airpoints Dollars™.
- Winners may be required to show proof of identity, e.g. passport and/or a valid driver’s license.
- Vendors must have appointed Bayleys under a sole agency for at least the duration of the relevant vendor-funded marketing campaign to qualify.
- The decision to award Airpoints Dollars™ is at the full discretion of Bayleys and will be drawn at random. Bayleys is not required to provide reasons or justification for any decision made.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other specials or promotions.
- Participants must be Airpoints Members or become Airpoints Members upon being drawn as a winner to be eligible for the Airpoints Dollar™ prize.
- Airpoints Dollar™ requests will be submitted to Air New Zealand after the winners are drawn and notified.
- Bayleys reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel this promotion and to update these terms and conditions without notice.
