This girl could sell icecreams to Eskimos I am sure. We were reluctant sellers needing to down size a much loved home and garden. Buying our first home was pretty daunting. Although we had engaged with buyers agents from a competing company who were awesome. Our first communication with Suzy was via text message, due to a busy work / life environment this was most time efficient for us. Suzy engaged promptly and scheduled times to aide us with viewings and discussions that worked with our busy lives. Suzy was encouraging and did not discourage us from putting in conditions that worked for our financial landscape and to satisfy our queries about the property we made our offer on. She even went to the trouble of making us a delicious cake that fit in with our family dietary needs and hand delivered this.
