Olivia has been an integral part of the Bayleys Waikato family for over 15 years. In her early years Olivia provided invaluable admin support to a high performing sales team based out of the Bayleys Hamilton office. Her years within the company have instilled a real passion and drive for real estate that shines through in her dedication to helping clients find their perfect home.

Over the past two years Olivia has established herself within the Bayleys Cambridge team working alongside a high performing and award-winning lead salesperson. Her time prior to this includes over a decade of experience working together with industry leader, and REINZ No.1 Rural Salesperson of the Year (across all companies) from 2021 to 2024 Karl Davis, and the esteemed Bayleys Waikato Country team, Olivia has been immersed in an environment of excellence from the outset. Surrounded by award-winning mentors, she has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of people and real estate.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her young family, nurturing her vegetable garden and she has a love for all things DIY and interior design.
