Madi is a proud Queenstown local with a lifelong passion for real estate. Her journey began at just 15, when her first high school job was with Bayleys Queenstown. After some time away, Madi is thrilled to be back where her career began.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Otago, Madi developed the skills and expertise that have been instrumental in her success. In her role as a Campaign Manager, she played a key part in guiding listings through every stage, from signing up the listing and running seamless campaigns to celebrating successful sales. Madi’s work ethic earned her the award of EBU Administrator of the Year for 2024.

After graduating, Madi’s drive to pursue a career in real estate led her to obtain her real estate salesperson license while gaining invaluable experience working closely with multiple teams at Bayleys. Her hands-on knowledge of the listing and selling process, combined with her education and local insight, made her transition into a sales role a natural next step.

Madi takes pride in building meaningful relationships with her clients, believing trust is the cornerstone of her work. With deep Queenstown roots and connections across the community, she feels privileged to call this beautiful town home and to contribute to her clients’ real estate journeys.

In her downtime, Madi can be found hitting the slopes in winter, playing tennis in summer, or staying active at the gym. Her dedication to excellence extends beyond office hours - whether it’s late-night flyer drops, assisting at open homes, or offering extra support to buyers, she consistently goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
