Recent work includes major office rent reviews for Victoria University, the 6,000 sqm Vodafone tenancy and the 18,000 sqm BNZ building on the waterfront. Paul has also recently undertaken the asset re-valuations of the New Zealand Police portfolio nationwide, Greater Wellington Regional Council’s water assets and the NZ Post Property portfolio.
