Boasting a successful career in real estate spanning over a decade, Midori Wang‘s exceptional track record is testament to her youthful energy, natural flair for marketing and outstanding professional skills. Being fluent in both English and Mandarin is an incredibly valuable asset in today’s diverse real estate market and allows Midori to successfully present her clients’ properties to a wide range of buyers, significantly broadening the market for her vendors’ homes. Needless to say Midori is well known for achieving outstanding sales results, often far in excess of what her clients had previously imagined.

Real estate was Midori’s chosen career after completing her Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in marketing. She is armed with high-level skills, enabling her to pinpoint the exact market for her clients’ homes so she can design just the right creative campaign for maximum impact. This often reduces the days a home sits on the market and is a key reason her clients choose to sell their home with Midori. As she has experience of building a home Midori also understands the practicalities of house construction, which further adds to her knowledge and enables her to help her clients get their home ‘market ready’.

Midori takes the time to ensure her clients always understand what is happening so they can make informed decisions. The outcome is an enjoyable and hassle-free real estate journey.

Midori combines her experience with a sound understanding of all spectrums of the market from first homebuyers to people moving up the property ladder. Her entire career has been based in Auckland so she offers huge expertise of this market, particularly some of the city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods such as Remuera and Epsom.

Outside of real estate Midori can be found enjoying a bit of retail therapy and always keeping her eye on what is happening in the real estate world, identifying trends and learning new things.
