As the Principal Agent, Michaela oversees our Bayleys offices across the region, including Bayleys Ruapehu, Bayleys Whanganui, Bayleys Feilding, and Bayleys Palmerston North. Having achieved both her Level 5 Branch Manager’s License and the Level 6 AREINZ license, Michaela’s knowledge and experience in real estate is second to none. In this highly responsible role as Principal, Michaela is also an integral part of the management team. Her professionalism and attention to details ensures that our franchise operates well within the law and that the sales team maintain their fudiciary responsibilities. Michaela primarily works out of the Ruapehu office, with regular visits to our other offices.

She is a decisive and skilled professional with a focus on driving business growth and fostering the development of our hard-working team of agents. Michaela’s knowledge of real estate has been acquired firsthand during her time with Bayleys where she has worked as a salesperson, a property manager, office manager and now Principal Agent. During this time she took a break for two years where she travelled around North America and lived in Australia working as a land acquisition assistant and sales administrator for an investment builder, which further built on her property skills.
