Justin Law recently joined the BPS team as Head of Facilities Management. Bringing extensive experience in facilities and operations management having previously worked in the healthcare sector in Canada, and most recently as the Senior Regional Facilities Manager with Colliers New Zealand.

With a diverse background encompassing multiple property classes such as Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial properties, Justin has managed assets for notable clients in the Auckland market, including Dexus, LOGOS, PAG, and Invesco.

Justin has a strong interest and proven ability in asset enhancement, particularly in operational improvements and ESG. He has worked on various Green Star projects and delivered operational ratings for clients, including NABERSNZ and Net Zero Buildings.

Collaborating closely with the BPS team, Justin identifies and develops effective strategies in risk management, capital planning, and asset enhancement to meet the specific needs of our clients.
