Grant's property journey began with his training as a quantity surveyor, which gave him invaluable insights into property valuation and development. This technical background provided the perfect springboard for his career in real estate.

For three decades, Grant was the driving force behind Unlimited Potential, a highly respected real estate company he created and nurtured. Under his leadership, the company established itself as a significant player in Auckland's middle to upper-end market, generating over $15 billion in sales during its 30-year history.

As General Manager of Talent and Momentum for Bayleys Auckland Residential, Grant focuses on providing crucial support to the management team, enabling them to empower the sales force. His responsibility includes creating momentum through strategic acquisition and the training and development of existing team members. Grant's decision to join Bayleys was influenced by the company's outstanding reputation and leadership.

Grant's approach to real estate is characterised by his recognition that staying ahead requires the courage to continuously embrace change and the discernment to make the right directional adjustments to remain the industry leader. Grant and his wife prioritise spending time with their children and grandchildren, often gathering at their beach house for water sports and quality time together. An avid sportsman throughout his life, Grant now focuses on surfing and mountain biking to stay active.
