Chris has been involved in the real estate industry since 2004, and still thrives on the dynamic nature of the business and the absolute privilege of being involved with life changing moments in peoples lives on a daily basis. Bringing all this experience, together with a passion for working alongside true professionals, Chris is now in his dream role as Managing Director of Dunedin's premier real estate company. Tasked with ensuring that his team continue to provide the premium service, to both vendors and purchasers, that the Bayleys name is synonymous with is something Chris does not take lightly. Growth, strategic planning and the continuing professional development of all members of the Bayleys Dunedin family are amongst his core roles and he is often seen in a very much "hands on" role in the sale and purchase process.
