Chris is responsible for ensuring the various ‘pistons’ within the BRG engine are firing simultaneously and at full bore, as well as looking at new opportunities in developing the support network which will ultimately underpin the success of the front-line sales people.
Bayleys Realty Group is essentially a service company - providing operational resources to a franchise network throughout New Zealand and Fiji. These services include business support, marketing, technical operations, digital operations, insights, data and consulting, auctions, training and recruitment.
With 25 years of media sales, marketing, and operational experience, Chris Gwin moved to Bayleys from PMP Print where he was sales and marketing director. Before that, he was general manager/publisher at APN’s (NZME) New Zealand magazines division.
