The property is utilised as an apple orchard and a fruit shop, with the packing shed complex leased on a year by year term.

Other improvements include two implement sheds, a chemical shed, pump shed, store shed and one 150mm bore.
The land is of flat contour with approximately 6.3 hectares planted in apples with an orchard mix of Pacific Queen, Dazzle, Smitten, Envy and Lady in Red varieties. The plantings have been established over the past six years with the Pacific Queen and Smitten varieties nearing a steady state of production.
