There is approximately 25 hectares (more or less) of pines that are coming up to two years old. The trees are not registered in the emissions trading scheme (ETS), however could be eligible as the area was in pasture pre-1990. Contour is predominately rolling with steeper sideling's. Pastures are very strong, and the farm boasts a top fertiliser history. A well-formed central race system provides easy access throughout, limiting cows walking time. The whole property is very well subdivided into approximately 130 paddocks. There is an underpass which leads to 70 hectares (more or less) of prime milking area. Unique to the property is Zeolite rock located throughout the farm and has been used on the races throughout the farm.

Water is supplied via three bores, offering plenty of good quality water. The water reticulation has all been upgraded adding 63mm pipe to holding tanks and 40mm laterals. The infrastructure throughout the farm is of a very high standard and well maintained, this is evident as soon as you drive in the gate.

There is a good range of support buildings and systems including a corohawk in-shed feed system, a large well-appointed calf rearing facility and a fully lined oxidation pond. There are three well maintained dwellings on the property and further support buildings include a large implement shed. The total farm area comprises of six titles.
