Sitting just across the road from the beach, you will find this Bach where the living area is large so there's plenty of room for extra mattresses and airbeds.

The position of this house was what appealed so much to the current owners, but it just wasn't big enough for all the friends and family who loved to visit. So a very large extension renovation project has produced this spacious result.

Covered decking stretches across the entire front of the house.
Open plan (very generous) living and kitchen area are at the front of the house, with bi-folds and ranch-sliders to ensure there is easy flow. The kitchen itself has plenty of bench space and storage, so that once you arrive you don't really need to go out for provisions (unless you want to explore the local Saturday markets).

There are 3 bedrooms, with 1 being the Master (complete with ensuite and Walk-in-robe).
At the rear western corner is a small deck, on which the Spa Pool sits - enjoy ocean views from this sheltered position.

Underneath the house is an extra-length carport.

Located on the sunny scenic coastal route on the east coast of Northland, Langs Beach is approx. 90 mins north of the Auckland CBD. Langs Beach is known as a safe swimming beach, providing a wide range of water activities.
