Ground level living with full double-height space reveal clever features and multiple zones for relaxing days at the beach. Polished concrete flooring with underfloor heating provides comfortable living in all seasons.
Automated Velux skylights and glass louvres bring natural light and sunshine into both levels of the home, enhanced by the upper-level bridge and internal balcony with timber battens and raked ceilings. The custom designed Flox mural runs the length of the bridge bringing colourful nature inside.

The living spaces are a perfect blend of open plan design and intimate zones; the inviting lounge with fireplace and a dining nook with built in bench seats. Beach living seamlessly connecting to the outdoors through large glass sliding doors. The stylish kitchen with stainless steel island benchtop and pendant lighting caters for family or entertaining at the beach, serviced by the long butler's pantry plus laundry. Feature lighting and in-built speakers throughout add to the ambience of the home.
