Having lived in Queenstown since the age of 14 and sold real estate in the region for 35 years, Greg has an unparalleled knowledge of the local market.

As a founding shareholder and Director of Locations Realty, over the years Greg has concluded the majority of Queenstown’s larger commercial and development sales.

“I’m extremely proud of the achievements of our company over the past decade and my favourite saying in real estate is ‘people first, deal second’ - this has always lead to the best conclusions of all.”

Greg sold the business and brand ‘Locations to include Goodstays and Queenstown Accommodation Centre to Bayleys in 2015 and has gained much satisfaction in seeing the brands blossom under now, the Bayleys banner.

The most satisfying aspect of Greg’s career has been the personal friendships he’s made.

“Real estate has been very rewarding for my wife Sara and I, as we’ve had the pleasure of making very good friends with many of our clients over the years, from all corners of the world.”

Greg is a long time Lake Hayes resident and enjoys fishing and boating. He’s also a keen golfer and is a member of The Hills Golf Club and Millbrook.
