Further more he’s lived for over 25 years in Whangamata with his local knowledge and connections adding huge value to his clients’ property transactions.
Gordon’s proud to be a local lad having lived in Whangamata since his parents moved there in 1975 after holidaying there since the early sixties. The Turner family is deeply embedded in the community with Gordon’s parents owning the local bookshop until 1996 and Gordon owning the First National Real Estate Pacific Coast for over 30 years before becoming sales manager of Bayleys Coromandel.
Known as a straight shooter with a quick wit, Gordon values transparency and takes a problem solving approach to real estate. His energy and experience, discipline and systems, ensure each transaction is stress free and enjoyable for his clients. He also embraces new ideas, designing innovative campaigns that grab buyer attention.
As part of his commitment to the community Gordon has been involved in many things over the years: scout leader, soccer coach and bass player in local bands to name but a few. He’s been a member of the Whangamata Theatre Society, Freemasons, Whangamata Trail Bike Club, and local business association and is currently on the committee of the Whangamata 4 x4 Club. Gordon’s many interests also include bush walking and tramping, which gives him a strong appreciation of the important things in life and the guardianship of the natural coastal areas.
Gordon’s aim is to expertly guide his clients through the process of buying or selling property in Whangamata while ensuring it is the exciting experience it should be.
