Chris is a Registered Valuer with over 30 years experience.  His specialist advice has been accepted by private clients, corporates, banks, private lenders, law firms, local authorities, government departments and courts of law.

Local Government and Central Government clients have included the Wellington City Council, Marlborough District Council, Upper Hutt City Council, New Plymouth City Council, the Department of Corrections (valuations of Wellington prisons), Archives New Zealand, the NZ Police, the Ministry of Social Development and the Government Property Management Centre of Expertise.

Chris is a Director of Bayleys Valuations Wellington and is a pivotal member of the Valuation and Advisory team.  He is regularly involved with rental assessments and market valuations for retail, office, commercial and industrial properties.  In addition, his specialist services include insurance valuations, the valuation of child care centres, service stations, cold stores, compensation valuations under the Public Works Act, expert evidence in court, check assessments on Rating Valuations, arbitrations and feasibility advice.

A number of Chris’s clients hold national property portfolios.  To ensure that there is continuity of service to his clients, Chris will travel to other locations beyond the Wellington region.
