We were introduced to Chris and we just knew he was the right agent to work with in selling our family home. From the moment we met with him, he were not only personable, but he showed his expertise, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Chris presented us with a much detailed market analysis report, Natasha provided guidance in how to prep our house to sell and best of all, both kept us posted about each step of the process. I should also say, we were living out of town and working overseas during the open home periods, so we have really depended on them not just to manage the process, but also to make judgement calls on when to sell or how to consider the contract of offer & acceptance.
