Increased hardship on local businesses and not-for-profits, following the aftermath of the pandemic, prompted the idea for the ‘Bayleys Working B’ activations. The initiative involved over 300+ team members across Bayleys Commercial, Residential, Property Services and BRG sectors, giving back to local communities with activations across five regions. The combined efforts amounting to a total of 1,000+ hours from our Bayleys community.

The teams supported SeaCleaners by cleaning up our waterways and beaches and KiwiHarvest. Additionally, some offices opted to assist organisations of their choice while other teams engaged in beach clean-ups. The teams also work with our Bayleys Foundation partners during Working B and throughout the year.
