Will Alexander is the Auckland Director of Residential Property Management, strongly focusing on building out the current management offerings and adding new products and services to meet out clients’ growing needs.

Will has a wealth of experience and a proven track record across the Real Estate industry with over 16 years of experience in leading large national property management groups throughout New Zealand (including Barfoot & Thompson and Property Brokers) and has a strong background in strategic planning and growth as part of his recent role as CEO of Renti (a software company that focuses on supporting the property management sector).

Will has also served as a member of the REINZ Sector Group representing this industry and lobbying government officials to ensure that the industry is adequately heard.

Will is well connected throughout the New Zealand real estate industry and is passionate about driving growth, innovation, and “just talking about Real Estate in general.”.

A deep understanding of the New Zealand market, along with his expertise in client relations and business development, will both play a crucial role in achieving our goal to be the most sought-after residential property management provider in Auckland.

Will works closely with our existing property management team members and other departments to build collaboration, referrals across departments, implement targeted growth plans, streamline operations, drive innovation, and implement best practices, to maintain our already exemplary service delivery. Most importantly Will’s focus is collaborating with all internal stakeholders in support of our “altogether better” approach to meeting the needs of our clients.
