Trudie was so switched on. She listened to and acted on all my questions. She knew the market and set everything up to meet it. I would work with her again.

Trudie is incredibly persistent and kind. We can always rely on her, as she never lets a selling opportunity pass by. She's hardworking, industrious, and always keeps us updated honestly and on time.

Trudie kept us fully updated with sales developments and responded to any questions immediately. We were also guided by her experienced appraisal of potential buyers. In addition, we got the feeling that Trudie cared and wanted to achieve the best outcome for both ourselves and the purchasers. She was always positive and accommodating, and we appreciated her professional help.

Ralph and Susan

Trudie was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire sale of our property. We really appreciated the regular updates on the feedback from the clients who attended our open homes. After a very short campaign, we were presented with three very well-qualified offers, which resulted in a good, clean sale. Trudie is very knowledgeable and honest in every way – highly recommended.

Daivd and Tina

Trudie made sure we had everything we needed, understood the progress, and was happy to clarify anything we didn’t understand. She knows her job and knows it well; that was very clear from the start.

Wayne & Joanne-Marie

Trudie is certainly a lady with unsurpassed property knowledge. Pleasant, willing, and very able, she knows this game inside and out. I'm very pleased I listed my property with Trudie Clarke.
