Being able to speak immediately to their Residential Branch Manager confirmed my selection thoughts, we were in for a good ride. Without delay Troy Smith arranged a meeting and discussed our sales options. We settled on a four week marketing plan culminating with an auction. Over the four weeks Troy ran open homes and other marketing programmes, after each step Troy phoned us to report progress and followed up with an email and outlined the next step he would take to produce a result. The tempo stepped up during the last week. On Auction day we met the Auctioneer and a plan for the day was set, we were very comfortable with the auction as it progressed. Reaching a very satisfactory sales outcome climaxed the relentless effort Troy was committed to in selling our property. He was always positive and encouraging, his bright personality and attitude made an ideal agent to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
