Tom began his commercial real estate career in Christchurch, and quickly found his passion in the industrial sector. Growing up with family in the industry, he quickly learned the art of real estate.

He joined the Bayleys South Auckland team in 2017 and is now well-entrenched in the Auckland industrial market with a focus on investment and the design-build sector, which has now spread nationally; completing projects in Hamilton, Christchurch and Wellington, whilst working on others in Palmerston North and Tauranga.

Tom focuses on developing strong working relationships with his clients and works hard to exceed expectations and achieve the best results for them. During his tenure at Bayleys, Tom has grown his market knowledge and continues to build a strong rapport with key clients and networks within the property sector.
