Through out the process, communication was excellent and I was kept up to date every step of the way. He then very efficiently and professionally provided us with all the information, arranged for a private viewing, presented our pre Auction offer, and assisted us on Auction day. His communication, attention to detail and helpful advice was at all times, second to none. This included managing the minor details & requirements up to and on, settlement day itself. The unexpected, very personalised gift on settlement day, (delivered by Tracey), in addition to bottle of champagne on Auction day, was a lovely touch and most appreciated. Needless to say, we highly recommend Todd & Tracey if you have any real estate needs.
