Tim Bull is a key member of the Bayleys South Auckland Industrial sales and leasing team. Tim has a decade's experience in the industry, with roles in both commercial and industrial sales and leasing, leaving him with an excellent understanding of the Auckland market.

Tim now focuses his attention on industrial property and is an East Tamaki expert, although he has taken advantage of his experience and contacts, having conducted transactions from Northland through to Christchurch and many in between. Although Tim holds the title of Broker, he views his role more as a trusted advisor, ensuring the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Customer service, understanding the customer's problem, and adding value are at the forefront of Tim’s business, which has continued its exceptional growth since joining Bayleys in 2019. Being recognized as one of Bayleys' top U35 achievers every year, Tim has brought a fresh approach to the well-established South Auckland team and promotes the 'Altogether Better' Bayleys way.

In addition to his real estate role, Tim has also developed his leadership skills through his role as Chairman of the U35 development group—a role that involves running mentorship programs, training, client events, staff events, and awards.

Tim graduated from the University of Auckland and the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing and international business. However, he has always had a close link to the property industry. Tim builds his client relationships based on integrity, transparency, and a commitment to achieving great results.
