What was lovely was we never had to chase up on anything, never had to call or second guess anything as you completely kept us in the loop at all times. Going over and above to clean up the cat spew left on the front mat – so sorry you had to face that. Sheryl Rowell exceeded our expectations as a real estate agent on many occasions throughout the sales process of our property. To say that it was a difficult sale was a major understatement!  Unfortunately, we had tenants who were very distressed by the sale of the property and made it very difficult to access the property.   Sheryl remained extremely calm under the pressure and managed to negotiate quietly and effectively with the tenants.  The access given was minimal and at times that would mean most potential purchasers were excluded.  Despite all of this Sheryl sold the property within the sole agency timeframe, and above what we were expecting to get for it!  This is the reflection of a true professional, great communication, integrity, honesty, I would highly recommend Sheryl for any property sale, her work was outstanding.
