Shay is a rural salesperson for Country & Co. who in 2020 formed a strategic partnership with Bayleys Real Estate.

Shay is a born and bred Southlander from Eastern Southland. He grew up on his family’s 4,500SU sheep & beef unit, of which was converted to dairy in 2014/15.

Prior to joining Country & Co Shay has been in the agribusiness sector as a rural bank manager, and with over six years’ experience he has developed a valuable skill set within the farming sector.

Shay has always been passionate about the rural industry and he is excited to bring an enthusiastic, thinking outside the box approach to the rural property market and help achieve the best result for his clients.
