Sarah is an integral part of Bayleys Funds and Investment Products Division and has been specialising in this area of property investment for 10 years.

Over this period Sarah has been involved in raising over one billion dollars of capital from investors for New Zealand’s leading property fund managers.

Her background with Bayleys and the property sector in general is extensive, having started in 2009 working part-time in the research team whilst completing a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Science from Auckland University. After graduating in 2010, Sarah worked in the Auckland Central Commercial and Industrial team before moving into the Funds and Investment Products Division in 2014.

Established in 2001, Bayleys Funds and Investment Products Division provides investors with access to premium, high yielding property investment opportunities across a range of property sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, agricultural and tourism.

Investment in a property fund is a relatively easy and straightforward way for investors to participate in the ownership of institutional grade properties at an entry level price – often as little as $10,000.

Investors’ funds are pooled, and they become investment partners in good buildings, with good tenants and long leases. The property is fully managed on behalf of the investors with returns distributed monthly into the investors’ bank account along with the potential for capital growth.

We have a very wide range of investors who participate, ranging from those who investment the minimum through to those who invest many millions across multiple offerings.

Opportunities to invest in other investment products, including real estate debt are also available through Bayleys. In a real estate debt investment, investors’ funds are pooled and used to provide a loan to a borrower, with the borrower repaying the loan with interest.
