With over 20 years’ experience in strategic planning and business leadership Sally is uniquely positioned to assist with real estate requirements. She brings a depth of knowledge and skill to the Hawke’s Bay team and is highly energized with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Sally has created strong relationships across Hawke’s Bay, and she knows that selling or buying a property is a significant financial investment and it’s important that people work with the best in the business. She believes that Bayleys Hawke’s Bay stands out for its professionalism, reliability, and its collaborative approach in working together, supporting each other and their clients.
As a manager she brings her previous work experience as a leader within the not-for-profit sector coupled with experience in training, coaching, mentoring, business development, finance and marketing. She is recognised for her dedication to supporting her team, is motivated by the achievements of others and naturally moves between the roles of leader, manager and cheerleader. All of this means her team of salespeople can easily achieve their goals and dreams.
Sally is originally from Wales and has been living in the Hawke’s Bay for the past 25 years. She loves spending time with her two teenaged children and enjoys time outdoors tramping, camping and gardening.
