Specialist in the Whakatane District, Eastern Bay of Plenty.
Experience, expertise, energy and honour go a fair way to summing up this realtor.
Selecting your real estate agent is crucial to your sales success. From the beginning to the end, that agent must demonstrate the expertise, negotiating ability, marketing and communication skills needed to sell your property. With Rhys you can tick all those boxes.
Add to that package the fact he's adept at ensuring his clients receive the best price from the current market - maximising a sale price isn't something everyone can lay claim to.
As he puts it... "As your realtor my prime responsibility is to market your property to attract and identify the buyer or buyers who see the greatest value, then make absolutely sure they compete to pay for it."
Before becoming a realtor in 2003, Rhys spent several years in Human Resource Management. He's found the skills gained in that profession invaluable when working together with clients.
It's not surprising therefore that Rhys can lay claim to many happy clients. Just check out his substantial database, many of whom come back as repeat clients.
Over the years this forward-thinking realtor has also identified and implemented the latest, leading edge marketing and sales strategies.
Rhys joined Bayleys Real Estate as he believes in its client-focused strategies and philosophies.
It's not just about selling your home!
And it’s more than just marketing!
It's the total package that counts!
His drive as a realtor is fuelled by an eagerness to achieve what's best for his clients and their property. It's as simple as that and as successful as that - a winning approach.
Whakatane sits in the spectacular Eastern Bay of Plenty of New Zealand on the East Coast of the North Island right beside the Pacific Ocean. These warm waters are world-famous for incredible deep sea fishing and marine sports. It is an hour’s drive from Rotorua and Tauranga and is a thriving service centre for many surrounding districts. Whakatane is one of the three sunniest cities in New Zealand. It has one of the countries warmest climates with mild winters and long hot summers. Whakatane is also the gateway to the East Cape, and the Whakatane and Motu Rivers. Activities include jet boating, rafting, dolphin watching, game fishing, bush walks, horse treks, 4x4 tours, hunting trips, helicopter flights or simply relaxing on the beautiful beaches. For those with an interest in the outdoors, the rugged Urewera National Park, the largest protected native forest in the North Island, provides tramping, trout fishing and deer hunting.
The Whakatane District in the Eastern Bay of Plenty is one of the most diversely beautiful areas in New Zealand. Sandy beaches are predominant along the 54 kilometres of coastline that stretches from Otamarakau in the west to Ohiwa in the east. Central areas include fertile lowlands and farming areas on the Rangitaiki Plains through to Murupara. Te Urewera National Park in the south, which makes 41% of the district, is protected native forest and is home to a rich array of flora and fauna. The total area of the district covers 433,000ha or 4,442km2.
