Bayleys 2020 Administrator of the Year Rebecca McMaster has shifted her real estate career up a gear by joining the successful residential team led by industry doyenne Beth Millard. Well versed in the ins and out of the real estate industry, Rebecca has been administrator, auction coordinator and marketing coordinator for Bayleys Rotorua since mid 2016. She's earned respect for her friendly, professional demeanor and ability to effortlessly interact with clients from all walks of life. Moreover, she has repeatedly demonstrated integrity, confidentiality and discretion when dealing with both buyers and sellers. Rebecca's high-level motivation, together with her exceptional multi-tasking, organisational and communication skills, make her a perfect fit for the award-winning team. Moving into a fully licensed sales role is an easy transition for Rebecca, who was born and bred in Rotorua and has a good handle on the city. She has a background in tourism, is well travelled and has a keen interest in the outdoors.
