Paula is a rural salesperson for Country & Co. who in 2020 formed a strategic partnership with Bayleys Real Estate.

Paula has experienced the world of property from many angles, having started her real estate career in 2000 as an office administrator before moving to lifestyle and residential property sales. In 2013, she began selling farms, which has been her sole focus ever since.

As one of just a few women in New Zealand specialising in farm sales, Paula’s rural Southland upbringing has served her well. She is meticulous in her approach and is known for doing what she says she will do. The relationships she has built within the farming community are the result of her confidence in working with buyers and sellers, and her understanding of the varying practical and financial requirements of farm investment.
