Nicky has been making an impact on the North Shore commercial property market for several years. Nicky’s first sale as a ‘rookie’ was a large industrial premise in Hillside Road, Wairau Valley for $7.8 million.

Buoyed by that success for her clients, Nicky quickly went on to grow her business and her buyer and vendor networks – particularly specialising in the Albany and Wairau Valley precincts of Auckland.

Nicky’s list of successful deals includes everything from small owner-operated business premises right through to large industrial premises. These years have seen Nicky now firmly cemented among the top five salespeople in Bayleys North Shore Commercial sales and leasing team featuring in Bayleys’ top 20 commercial and industrial salespeople in 2020 and 2021. Nicky achieved the accolade of being the top earning female Commercial and Industrial broker for Bayleys Auckland for 2022-2023, and again featuring in the top 20 for deal numbers.

Previously, Nicky spent 17 years living in London, starting, running, and growing her own business whilst investing in residential complex properties which she still owns and manages today.
