Matt views each property listing as a ‘mini production’. Coming from a strong marketing and theatrical background, he knows how to make listings stand out in the marketplace so they become a compelling event, bringing out the ‘wow’ factor in every home.

Before real estate, Matt had a diverse career, which informs his approach to real estate. It includes acting, working in a call centre, removals consultant designing moving packages all over the world and magician performing as Magic Maize to thousands of families. It’s given Matt an incredible range of skills that translate well to property: sales, marketing, creativity, innovation, problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail. But it’s his ability to work with a range of people and personality types that is most important, adapting his approach accordingly, which is the cornerstone of any successful sales transaction.

Real estate has also always figured highly in Matt’s life. He has been around property from a young age, watching as his parents bought and sold investment properties. From this, he became interested in attending open homes and keeping up with what was happening in the market. A shift to property as a career was a foregone conclusion.

Matt specialises in listening to client's needs and providing them with a tailored solution. Known as down-to-earth and personable, Matt has a talent for breaking down the nuts and bolts of real estate into easy to understand language making the process stress-free for both buyers and sellers.
