After completing his Bachelor of Property Degree at Auckland University, Matt entered the family-based conglomerate as a third-generation Bayley in 2007, understanding that this career would be one for life.

Matt is understandably proud to work for the Bayleys brand, not only because it is a family business, but because it is a market innovator. Bayleys has the processes in place to deliver exceptional marketing, from its unique national portfolio magazines to its international market-reach. Additional to this, Matt is committed to earning trust and respect and ultimately delivering exceptional results for his customers.

Growing up in and around real estate, Matt recognised from an early age that property success centres around building robust and authentic relationships with clients, achieved only by providing excellence at each step of the working relationship.
