After completing his Bachelor of Property Degree at Auckland University, Matt entered the family-based conglomerate as a third-generation Bayley in 2007, understanding that this career would be one for life.
Matt is understandably proud to work for the Bayleys brand, not only because it is a family business, but because it is a market innovator. Bayleys has the processes in place to deliver exceptional marketing, from its unique national portfolio magazines to its international market-reach.
