Mary Ann Winter joined the residential team at Southland Real Estate in 2003 as their first female salesperson. Not only does she have a passion for property, but for the region in which she works. Mary Ann loves everything about Southland and believes its beauty is not only in the environment, but the people and community as well. She is grateful to both live and work here.

Her other passion is the outdoors. Mary Ann loves walking at the beach, biking around Sandy Point, exploring the central city, and enjoying the mountains. Once a day’s adventuring is over, she prefers to wind down with music or a book.
