Farm, Lifestyle and Country Sales and Marketing

Lin Norris is an experienced rural real estate specialist with over 34 years of successful sales in the local field. Despite his impressive track record, Lin remains modest and places equal value on working with a great team, sharing his knowledge, and getting the job done with grace.

Growing up on a dairy farm in Dargaville, Lin also has a background in the New Zealand Police, where he honed his negotiating skills and learned the importance of fostering trust. These skills have served him well in his real estate career, where clients appreciate his proactive and genuine approach.

Throughout his career, Lin has held various management roles with Bayleys Northland, including Principal Officer, Company Director, and Country Manager. However, his real passion lies in facilitating sales and building lasting relationships with people involved in dairy, drystock farming, and forestry.

Even outside of work, Lin's life revolves around farming, with his son-in-law directly on the land, and his two adult daughters and grandchildren. He also enjoys following rugby and cricket at all levels.

Partnering with Lin guarantees a high-quality service, backed up by his affable and humble manner. He understands that farming and property affairs are not to be taken lightly and applies the same diligence to achieve a premium result, utilizing all the cutting-edge marketing tools available at Bayleys.

Lin welcomes your call.
