Laura graduated from Lincoln University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Valuation and Property Management. She began work as a graduate Valuer for Quotable Value in 2015, completing the remainder of her practical work with Knight Frank in 2017. Laura gained her registration in August of 2018 and joined Bayleys Valuations at that time following a merger. Laura is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and is a current mentor through the Keystone Trust programme.

Laura is mainly involved in the valuation of residential property, both for mortgage security purposes and for insurance, however her knowledge covers both the residential and commercial sectors of the Christchurch market. Laura also spent a year as a commercial property manager prior to getting registered.
