Lance Collings joined Bayleys Valuations Limited in 2021 as a Director and Registered Valuer.  Lance specialises in commercial and industrial valuations in Christchurch, Dunedin, and the Queenstown Lakes District.

In addition to general commercial and industrial valuations for both mortgage security and financial reporting his specific areas of expertise include assessments for compensation, ground rentals and general rental negotiations and arbitrations.

Lance graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies and gained registration as a valuer in 1985 and has over 35 years’ experience.  Lance is also a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
