Kevin has over forty years of diverse agribusiness experience. After studying Valuation at Lincoln he was farming and contracting in Mid Canterbury before working as an export trader for Mair Astley.

He joined the Real Estate industry in 2005 after fifteen years spent in Agribusiness banking.  He was the Christchurch Manager for Pyne Gould Guinness, moving to Bayleys in 2008. His passion for farming and real estate has seen him involved in the sale of a large number of exceptional farm and lifestyle properties.

Kevin and his wife farm an irrigated property at Flaxton. He is a registered farm management consultant; a Kellogg scholar; and he holds several directorships in Canterbury-based companies.

This experience and expertise in the rural industry, along with his strong rural networks, enables him to assist the licensees in optimising the price they obtain for their vendors and ensuring the Bayleys Country team continue to be the leaders in the Canterbury real estate market.
