Kate has a strong background in farming and farm business administration.  She started farming in 2012 alongside her husband Michael with an equity partnership.  Farming outright since 2018, Kate is actively involved in farm operations while also running their farm business and other interests.

Kate is adept at keeping many wheels spinning.  While running the home farm business, she has managed an investment property build, a value-add wool business, nursed part-time at Wairarapa Hospital and had two children respectively. Kate has also worked with other farmers to support them in farm business administration, ram stud sales, marketing and accounts.  Her focus is on systems, structure and organisation to help deliver results for Andrew’s clients.

Kate's skill-set and contribution and attention to detail will help to deliver the best possible outcome for all involved.
