Born and raised in Nelson, Kaitlyn has strong family ties to residential development and the sales sectors which has helped her develop an extensive knowledge of the region and the industry itself. She studied at the University of Auckland and graduated within the top 10% of students across the business school and holds a Bachelor of Property. Kaitlyn has a background in residential & commercial project management that has diversified her property experience and strengthened her communication and technical knowledge. She worked within the Retail and Office Leasing teams at Bayleys Auckland Central prior to moving home to Nelson. Kaitlyn works within our Nelson Tasman Commercial and Industrial team providing marketing and sales support.
