Introducing John Edhouse, who has been working in Real Estate in and from MOTUEKA since 2004 - from managing a local Real Estate Team and office, plus actively selling, to most recently in Corporate Real Estate roles, looking after close to 50 Offices around the country at one stage, and recruiting new ones.

John has gained National Certificate in Real Estate and is currently studying towards Branch Manager and Licensee Qualifications (AREINZ Status).

Before discovering Paradise in Tasman Bay John had much success with his wife Anneliese, as a husband and wife Team, marketing and selling Real Estate in Lower Hutt, Wellington, achieving numerous SOLD RESULTS including a number of Waterfront Property Sales on the Petone Esplanade, Other Properties with Stunning Views or Special Features, all at Premium prices for their Vendors.

Prior to his Real Estate career John ran his own Insurance, Finance and Mortgage Brokerage, was Regional Manager for a National Insurance Company, District Manager for General Motors, and undertook a variety of Sales and Marketing roles with Zip Holdings.
