Jessica’s focus is residential sales; however, she also has experience in commercial and Industrial sales and leasing. She is equipped to navigate complex property transactions, in a high-pressure sales environment. Notable sales include tenanted residential investment, high-yielding holiday accommodation, large-scale industrial, big-box retail tenanted investment, small scale industrial, vacant commercial and retail leasing. Her multi-faceted real estate career has gained her a wide network connection to both national colleagues and her varied database.
Her strong connections with the national commercial team are a huge asset when selling residential property to investors and/or developers in the Mackenzie region.
Jessica is armed with many high-level skills. She has a business degree with a double major in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations and Management. She started her career in human resource management and subsequent roles have been in operational management, property management and sales, which were excellent preparation for her real estate career, which she began in 2019.
When out of the office, Jessica enjoys the gym and outdoor adventures, including mountain biking, hiking and snowboarding and spending time with her children.
