James is a Director in the Industrial Division with Bayleys Real Estate Limited.  Since his commencement in 2010 with a primary focus on Commercial and Industrial property, he established himself as a specialist in the South Auckland Industrial sector in both sales and leasing.

His knowledge and experience gained in negotiating various sale and lease transactions in both buoyant and difficult markets has seen James become an invaluable resource and trusted advisor to long term repeat clients.
