Grant has a Bachelor of Property Administration and is an Associate of the Real Estate Industry of New Zealand. He joined Bayleys Wellington in 1993 after three years as a registered valuer and research analyst. Over his career as a commercial agent he has achieved in excess of $650million in sales.

As Chief Operating Officer – Residential, this track record and experience has been a sound foundation for him to oversee the five residential offices operated by Bayleys Capital Commercial in the Wellington region.
